SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION

THIRTY THREAD ships domestically to anywhere within the United States, including P.O. Box addresses.  Expedited shipping is available except for P.O. Box destinations.  Please ensure at checkout that you have entered in the correct mailing information as we are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect input of street numbers, abbreviations, and/or postal codes.

Shipping is done via USPS.  THIRTY THREAD product ships out within 24-48 hours after payment is authorized and verified.  Estimated delivery dates depend on carrier, weekends, and holidays.  You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

SHIPPING FEES 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse or return any merchandise, you will be responsible for the shipping and/or packaging charges related to the order.  The shipping fees will also be deducted from any store credit issued on our behalf.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing any issues with your order being delivered or tracked, please contact us at thirtythread@yahoo.com to file a claim.  Please note that claims may take up to 30 days to process through the carrier.  If the carrier notes that the package was delivered, we will not issue any refund or credit and any dispute claim will be null and void.

OUT OF STOCK MERCHANDISE

Due to high volume of orders, there may be times when an order is placed before the system can update the inventory.  If in the event your order includes items that are either damaged or out of stock and we are unable to send out, we will issue a refund of the cost of the item(s) to the original payment processed with your order.

RETURN POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION

THIRTY THREAD stands behind the product we sell and the service we deliver.  If at any point you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we will issue you a full refund upon receipt of the item back;  simply e-mail us at thirtythread@yahoo.com with the order number, the item, and the reason for returning.  Once approved, we will send you a shipping label to return the item to us. 

If the item(s) you ordered does not fit, or you change your mind, you have the option to exchange the item(s) or return for a store credit WITHIN 10 DAYS of delivery;  you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.  Once we receive your return/exchange, we will either send you the right size or issue store credit to your e-mail address.  Please include a copy of your original receipt with your return delivery.

FINAL SALE

All sale items are Final Sale and are sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged. 

RESERVED RIGHTS

THIRTY THREAD reserves the rights to exclude or deny customers from shipping or returning due to the following:

  • Irregular return history that may indicate product misuse
  • Returns of worn, damaged, or missing product.
  • Violation of brand integrity including resale or fraudulent activity.
